The only other cost is a 10% platform fee on bookings the customer pays through Trove by card. Direct bookings — bank transfer or cash between you and the customer — carry no commission.

By bank transfer from Serein Consultancy LLC, the company behind Trove,, so look for that name on your statement. Your fee — the price less the 10% platform fee — is provisional until the service date has passed and a 3-day window for any complaint or cancellation has closed; it is then paid on the next payout day, every other Tuesday, the same days Trove pays its makers. Add your bank details under Payouts in your dashboard; each fee there shows when it’s payable and, once sent, the date and the transfer reference.

The provider performs it, always: Trove doesn't perform or supervise the work. Who you contract with depends on how you pay. Pay through Trove by card and Trove is your contracting party for that booking and refunds you in full if the service isn't delivered. Settle directly and the arrangement, and any refund, is between you and the provider. The Provider Agreement and the Services Terms both say so plainly — read them before you apply or book.

The same privacy stance as the rest of Trove: contact details change hands only when there's a confirmed arrangement to use them for. The mobile is released once the booking is secured: the moment you confirm a direct booking, or when the customer's card payment lands for one paid through Trove. The email address stays with Trove.

No — anyone can send a request with just a name, email and UAE mobile. We email you a private link to follow the booking, pay for it if you chose card, and cancel it before the service day. Signed-in customers also see every request on this page under "Your bookings".
