How it works

No baskets, no checkout — a service is a conversation.

You send a request, the provider confirms, and the details are arranged between you. You pay the listed price either way — directly to the provider, or through Trove by card. The provider is responsible for the service; Trove lists it.

Find your service

Browse by what you need — for your home, your celebration, or your brand. Every provider is reviewed by a real person before they appear here.

ii

Send a request

A date that suits you, a few lines on what you have in mind, and how you'd like to pay. Just a name, email and UAE mobile.

iii

They confirm

The provider accepts and reaches you on your mobile to agree the details — time, place, and the final scope. Your email stays with Trove.

iv

Enjoy, then settle

Settle directly with the provider — bank transfer or cash, as you agree — or pay through Trove by card once they confirm, arriving with our card payments. Either way it's the listed price, nothing added.

Tell us what you do

A ten-minute application about you and your work, written like a chat. A real person reviews it, usually within a day or two, and only approved providers are listed — so your name sits beside work worth being beside.

ii

List your services

Price each one the way you actually charge — fixed, from, or per hour — and say where it happens: their place, your studio, or remote. Build it in your dashboard while you're still in review; approval makes it public, and that's the day your subscription starts. Nothing is owed before it.

iii

Requests arrive

Each shows the customer's name, area, preferred date and a brief. Confirm and their mobile is released so you can arrange the visit; until then their contact stays private, and their email stays with Trove. Decline with a short note — no penalty.

iv

Do the work, get paid

Direct bookings are settled between you and the customer — bank transfer or cash — and carry no commission. Bookings paid through Trove by card, arriving with card payments, carry a 10% platform fee; Trove pays you the other 90% once you mark the booking done. Every booking keeps a snapshot of the listed price, and the service itself is always your responsibility — Trove lists it.

Good to know

Your questions, answered honestly.

What does it cost to offer services?+
A flat AED 30 a month, plus a 10% platform fee only on bookings the customer pays through Trove by card. Direct bookings — bank transfer or cash between you and the customer — carry no commission and no listing fees. The subscription starts only when your profile is approved, and card billing begins when Trove's card payments launch; you'll be told before the first charge.
Who is responsible for the service?+
The provider, always. Trove lists the service and passes on the request; it doesn't perform, supervise or guarantee it. The Provider Agreement and the Services Terms both say so plainly — read them before you apply or book.
Why can't I see the customer's number straight away?+
The same privacy stance as the rest of Trove: contact details change hands only when there's a confirmed arrangement to use them for. The mobile is released the moment you confirm; the email address stays with Trove.
What can I offer?+
Anything in the twelve categories above — creative work at people's homes, and brand, content or shop support for makers. Regulated trades are out of scope: no food or catering, no beauty or skin treatments, and advice-only where a profession is licensed.
Where does it work?+
Dubai and Abu Dhabi, like the rest of Trove. Each service says where it happens — at the customer's place, at your studio, or remote for work like design, copy and coaching.
I sell pieces on Trove — can I offer services too?+
Yes, and it's a natural pairing: one account can run a maker shop and a services practice side by side. A potter who sells bowls can host hand-building workshops; a photographer who shoots for makers can list family shoots at home.
Do customers need an account to book?+
No — anyone can send a request with just a name, email and UAE mobile. Signed-in customers get a little extra: every request tracked on this page under "Your bookings", with one-tap cancel while it's still open.
