Every member, both sides
One row per account: their shop (pieces) and their services practice side by side, with approvals for each. Anything waiting for you sits at the top. The Shops and Providers tabs keep the full application detail.
All shops
Approve, reject or suspend any shop — only approved shops appear on the storefront.
Service providers
The Services Marketplace — approve, reject or suspend providers. Only approved providers appear on the public Services Marketplace. Listing is free during launch (the AED 30/month fee starts later, with 30 days' notice to providers). Every provider accepts the Provider Agreement (their services are their own responsibility) — the version and date show on the card.
Bookings paid through Trove
Trove is the customer's contracting party on these: the customer pays Trove by card, Trove keeps the 10% platform fee and owes the provider the rest. Refund gives the customer their full payment back (a booking that hasn't happened yet is cancelled with it). Anything flagged needs you — a failed refund is refunded by hand in Stripe, then here.

Every product
Hide anything that shouldn't be on the storefront, fix categories, and keep tags sharp — shoppers find products through them.
All orders
Every order across the marketplace, newest first. Each maker's parcel shows where it is with the courier and anything that needs you (a booking that failed, a parcel lost or not collected). Details opens the whole order: what was bought, the delivery address and mobile, tracking, returns and refunds — and Edit delivery details fixes a mistyped flat or mobile until the parcel is packed. Cancel items refunds just the pieces you pick that haven't left the maker — the makers are told to leave them out, and a parcel that ends up empty is cancelled with its courier booking. Never shipped does that for a whole parcel.
Ratings & reviews
Every review, verified buyers only. Hide anything abusive or off-topic — hidden reviews vanish from the storefront and its ratings, and the buyer sees why in their account.
Return requests
Approving books the courier collection; the buyer's card is refunded once the courier has the piece. Each request shows what it would refund.
How returns work
Buyers pick the items (and units) going back, a reason and photos, within 15 days of delivery. Approving books the courier collection; the refund goes back to their card once the courier has collected the item, and only then do the shops' credits reverse. The AED 30 collection fee applies only to 'changed my mind' on orders of AED 200 and below — tick or untick it to override. It is charged per request, so pieces sent back together pay it once. The original delivery fee is refunded only when the whole order comes back for a fault (the request that completes the order, with every returned unit a fault) — the second tick box overrides that either way. Every word below is live-editable — save a section and the storefront updates on the next page load. In headings, wrap a word in *stars* for an Orange accent and use | for a line break. Reset returns a section to the original copy. Money wording is checked automatically so the "Trove buys your pieces" framing can't drift.
Arabic translations
What makers, providers, buyers and you write is translated into Arabic automatically for the /ar pages. A translation shows only while the English it came from is unchanged; until then the Arabic page shows the English. Edit any Arabic text yourself and it is locked, so the machine never overwrites it.
Privacy requests
For a 'Privacy and my data' request. Reply within 30 days. First make sure the request came from the email address you look up here (for example, ask them to reply from it). Download their data gives you a file to send them. Close and anonymise removes their name, email, mobile and addresses everywhere and keeps only the order and payment records the law requires. It cannot be undone. Block from buying is for a serial returner or an abusive customer: they keep their account and history, but checkout and bookings refuse with a neutral 'please contact us' (your reason stays private here). Reversible, and both directions are kept in Activity.

Everything sent through troveathome.com/contact. Each message is also emailed to you (to CONTACT_EMAIL, else the company email in Site content, else your admin email). Reply from your own inbox, then tick it off here.

What providers are owed for bookings paid through Trove at this fortnight's run. A fee is payable once the service date has passed and the 3-day complaint window has closed (marking a booking done does not bring it forward). Paid by bank transfer from Serein Consultancy on Trove's behalf. Mark paid closes exactly what was in the file you downloaded — anything that became payable after it waits for the next file. Providers without bank details wait and are left out of the file.

The latest 100 changes made from this admin, and anything changed while in a maker's shop view — approvals, refunds, payouts, hides, parcel updates. Kept for good, so a dispute with a maker or a buyer can be answered. Bank numbers, codes and people's contact details are never stored here.
